To update your name, email, phone number, and password:
1. Select “Settings” in the app menu
2. Tap the Profile.
3. Tap the information you want to change.
4. Make your updates and click save.
If you change your phone number, you’ll receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in your app to confirm the change.
If you change your password, you’ll be prompted to enter your current password. Passwords must be 5 characters long.
To change or add a profile picture, tap your photo or the blank circle. If you have a chef account, you can update your profile picture there
If you receive an error when you try to change your email or mobile number because your information is already registered, please contact us.
After each order, users have the opportunity to rate the Chef from 1 to 5 stars and provide some feedback, based on their order experience.
A chef’s overall rating is displayed as an average. For example, a highly-rated order might have 4.9 stars.
Ratings are not anonymous. Chefs can see all their rating and feedback at its Chef profile page. Candid, constructive, and respectful feedback is beneficial for everyone.
Providing a rating fosters mutual respect between users and chefs. This strengthens our community and help everyone get the most from LaPiat. We appreciate your participation.

Check out the LaPiat blog and the guidelines posted there for more information. Chefs should frequently consider these 3 areas:
1. Food Quality.
If you aren’t receiving receipts or emails from LaPiat, please check your email account’s spam or junk folder. If you find LaPiat emails there, mark them “not junk” to ensure that future LaPiat emails arrive in your inbox.
You can also update your LaPiat account’s email address anytime:
1. Select “Settings” from your app menu and go to Profile
2. Tap your email address next to your profile photo.
3. You’ll have the option to edit your name, phone number, and email address.
4. Tap SAVE when you’re done.
If you’re still not receiving receipts from us after taking these steps, share your email address with us. We’ll step in to help.

The rating system works to make sure that the most respectful chefs are using LaPiat. Ratings are always reported as averages, and can be found on your Chef profile page.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from LaPiat, you can also click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, including order receipts and support responses.

4. Choose popup alerts, banner alerts, or no alerts.
Please note that disabling push notifications for the LaPiat app may result in not receiving important messages and not being able to accept orders as a chef.
You can manage email, SMS and push notifications from LaPiat through your device.
If you don’t want emails from LaPiat, you can also click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, including order receipts and support responses.
From your LaPiat app, tap settings.

3. Tap the detail you’d like to change
1. Open “Settings” from the iPhone home screen
2. Tap Notifications
3. Scroll down to the LaPiat app and tap to open notification settings
4. Choose your alert preferences
Some devices allow you to turn off push notifications through the general “Settings” menu.
Please note that disabling push notifications for the LaPiat app may result in not receiving important
